Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes visual comparison to MGS 4 is "nonsense" says Kojima

Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes received a visual comparison yesterday, giving us a look at how the varying formats stack up. Kojima has since responded to claims that the game isn't too far a leap from his PS3 release Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.

Kojima then called out visual comparisons to Metal Gear Solid 4, stressing that while he feels the fifth game looks better, it is still an open-world game.

What do you make of the above? Is it bonkers to say that Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid 4 look similar, or is that view on the money? Let us know below.
