Humble Store adds Euro, GBP pricing support

The Humble Store has updated to enable localised pricing for Europe and Great Britain, adjusting daily for currency fluctuations to ensure a single global price for all releases.

As detailed on the Humble Bundle blog, a new system called Humbe Pricing will show the price in Euro and GBP alongside the US dollar price.

Localised prices will be re-calibrated every night in line with currency value changes, and will not include VAT and other local charges.

However, Humble Bundles is allowing publishers to opt out if they prefer, setting a price for each territory; this allows them to more easily adjust pricing in line with currency-specific taxes and other legal obligations, but also enables them to to offer discounts by region where appropriate.

Humble Pricing will only be implemented on the Humble Store; Humble Bundles, Weekly Sales, and Widgets will remain US dollar only with one worldwide price.
