Unsung Story: Vagrant Story creator's Kickstarter successfully funded

Unsung Story: Tale of the Guardians has been successfully funded on Kickstarter to the tune of $600,000 and counting. It's the new tactical RPG from Vagrant Story creator Yasumi Matsuno.

Over on the Unsung Story Kickstarter, developer Playdek confirmed that the game was successfully funded. The team will now focus on stretch goals, such as Unsung Story PS4.

The PC, Mac and Linux project has been met with great enthusiasm from gamers and the press alike, thanks to Matsuno's involvement and the recently signed artistic talents of Bravely Default's Akihiko Yoshida.

At the time of writing the Kickstarter is sitting at $614,679 with 13 hours left.
