Siliconera has the screens here, and reports that not all of Soul Sacrifice Delta's enemies are derived from fairytales, as per the game's theme. Among the new opponents is the Chimaira, a hulking brute with armour resembling an lion's head, a goat's head mace and a snake shield. There's also fire-breathing lizardmen in there too.

There's a new Black Rite power in Delta as well. In the first game these moves saw players sacrificing a part of their body in exchange for buffs that also infer penalties. the Lucifer Black Rite sees a player giving up their legs for wings. While the player can fly around at speed, they'll suffer a movement penalty once the spell expires. This also sounds bloody painful.

Finally, leader of the Grimm faction Tali has been confirmed as an ally who will fight alongside players in battle.

Are you keen to play Soul Sacrifice Delta? It's out March 6 on PS Vita in Japan.
