No multiplayer for The Order: 1886

Ready At Dawn co-founder Ru Weerasuriya told German site Play3 that his studio’s PlayStation 4-exclusive actioner The Order: 1886 will not have a multiplayer element, as the developerdescribed the game as a “third-person single player action game.” Which, by the way, will run at 30fps.

Would rather have SP than MP so that’s fine and why I’m not that bothered about Titanfall…

Fine by me, just means the team’s effort all goes into making the best campaign & story they can.

I’m sure if Ready at Dawn felt a multiplayer naturally fit with what they’re making then they’d have included one.
Can’t wait to see the game running.

I can understand some people being upset by this, but I really don’t mind. I prefer single-player games, and I think the industry has quite a huge influx of attempts to force multiplayer into games for various reasons that don’t include a multiplayer mode fitting the game or providing some extra value.
