Ready to Run is an RC racer coming to PS4

Ready to Run, and RC racer in development Jetpack Joyride studio Beatshapers, has been announced for PlayStation 4.

According to the Ukraine-based studio’s CEO Alexey Menshikov, the game takes place in a unique “retro-futuristic setting,” and is the first entry in a planned franchise with the first title coming exclusively to PS4.

The game is described has containing highly responsive, arcade-style RC racing physics, with over 15 radio-controlled cars featuring various designs.

It takes place in a single city environment featuring “endless track configuration”s for different race modes as well as real-time and asynchronous multiplayer modes.

Various scoreboards with filters, with an emphasis on PSN friends will be included.

The developer is planning to launch Ready to Run on PS4 in Q2 2014.
