Total War: Rome 2's update 9 is live

Total War: Rome 2 has received another update and it will download automatically via Steam. It is recommended that players disable any mods they are using until their authors can update them. The patch brings a major list of improvements and tweaks to all areas, with battles being the key focus. Many of the game’s units have undergone cost, statistic and ability rebalancing, and a number of technical aspects of the battle-engine have been enhanced, including performance, pathfinding, siege-engine usage, unit formations and much more. For the full, extensive list of improvements and bug-fixes, check out the release notes for Patch 9.
