The Evil Within video goes behind-the-scenes with special effects crew

Thursday, 23rd January 2014 18:30 GMT By Staff

The Evil Within looks to be a scary affair, and to help bring some of the monsters in the game to life, last March Studio ADI put together key characters and effects for the horror title.

Shot over a weekend, the special effects set crew along with suit performer Mick Ignis went to work on depicting the “four-armed banshee from hell.” As the studio notes on Youtube, be warned that the video contains images of prosthetic nudity. The Evil Within is in development for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PC and is slated for release sometime this year.

[UPDATE] Unfortunately, the video has been taken down due a Zenimax claim and an official source has yet to be found. We’ll update if one appears. In the meantime, please enjoy this video of Tim Curry’s appearance in children’s show The Worst Witch.

Thanks, AGB.
