Next Car Game developer Bugbear Entertainment has rolled out its racer’s Steam Early Access build, along with pricing and content details

You’ll find the Next Car Game Steam page through the link, which bears a £18.99 price tag. An attached statement reads, “Warning: Early access phase is meant to give you a chance to experience the game as it progresses through its development cycle, and the game is still at an early stage.

“As such, it does contain missing features and nasty bugs. Developing the game together with the players gives us a lot more creative freedom, and you get to communicate with the development team to make sure we’re making the all-out racing game that you want.”

There’s also a digital deluxe edition for £26.99 that includes an exclusive backer car, wallpaper and the soundtrack, which will all be available at a later date.

Both versions of the early build include three tracks and two playable cars.

Holy Shit! I can’t wait for this!

I wish Sega would do a ‘Scud Race’ HD re-master, but this will fill that gap nicely.

“may get it at the end of the month”…

I can highly recommend it. The handling and feel of the cars is spot-on, the destruction and damage system is really satisfying and they even got some fantastic physics where you can take down buildings in an amazing fashion.

They are on to a winner here.
