Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD now available through Xbox Live, lands on Steam later today 

Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD is now available through Xbox Live on Xbox 360, and will be unlocked on Steam in approximately four hours. PS3 users in Europe can download it once Sony updated the PS Store. Originally released for Vita, the HD upgrade was announced for console and PC back in November 2013. The digital release will run you $19.99/ £15.99 and each mission has been reworked in order to improve its pacing and challenge, and new missions specific to Aveline’s Personas have been added as well.
