Pricing and specs weren’t revealed, as far as we are aware, but all conferences are being recorded by Valve and will be made available to the public. Pc guys will buy.. but will you get console dudes to buy.. I really don’t think so.. The lines are drawn. When it’s a free download steam is great when you have to invest 500.00 and better on a box. Well that’s when you will see if they are up to snuff. They won’t be able to cracked 10% market share.. Nintendo next system will make sure of that.. or they will just sell out to Microsoft. . I say Microsoft because there is way too much bad blood between Nintendo and sony.. Japanese don’t forget nor do they forgive

    My 2 pennies:
I never went with Aluenware per se, i mean like most, I biild my PC.
Though I understand Alienware is kind of reknown but will not be the only one in steam machine race.
I would suggest to not just follow others specs… just saying…

@1 sweet pronostic but irrelevant until at least 1~2 months after release. We will see if Steam is viable.

@1 Nintendo is worth way more tham Microsoft video game division. Nintendo has a shit load of profitable IPs.

The company isn’t losing money. It is still quite profitable. It always had its up and downs. I am sure the pfofit from Wii is enough to keep the company going for years.

If we are going to bring race in, I bet they would rather sell to a Japanese company instead of an American.

This is the age of shareholders, not of old men that act like a 12 year old. There is no such a thing as grudge. There is just profit. They are not selling, but if they were, it would be to the highest bidder.
