Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 confirmed for release on PlayStation 4

Wednesday, 8th January 2014 19:57 GMT By Stephany Nunneley

Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 has been confirmed for release on PlayStation 4, according to a tweet from Konami. While reiterating that PES 2014 will not be released on next-gen consoles, the firm said we can “expect to see PES 2015 on PS4.” The game was not confirmed for Xbox One, with the official Twitter account stating: “We don’t really have any information about it at the moment, but well keep you informed.” As CVG notes, the last PlayStation exclusive PES title released was PES 3 on PS2. Still, PES 2015 is expected to be a multi-platform title unless Konami says otherwise when the game is officially announced.

Konami can’t afford to do exclusives anymore but that tweet is worrying, how can they acknowledge PES 2014 is not happening on next gen consoles but only acknowledge a PS4 version of PES 2015 being a thing?

    Fishy & Inconsistent.

They were asked if it was coming to PS4 specifically. Don’t read into it too much,

as long as they made the primary version for ps3 and x360 the game will suck bad and it will hold its full potencial…if they decide to ditch them then pes 2015 could be a masterpeace…but we know that wont happen…$_$

It will come to Xbox One simply because not doing so could make them lose a huge chunk of gamers to FIFA over the years. The EA series is already on PS4 and XB1 so the PES series is already behind.
