Mass Effect 4 developer BioWare has repeatedly stressed that it doesn’t want a simple repeat of Shepard’s adventures in the new title, but it has recently confirmed that the game will still be recognisable enough for series fans.
It follows word that Mass Effect 4 is currently in a playable state.
The studio also told me last year that it doesn’t want Mass Effect 4’s hero to simply be ‘Shepard 2.’ See what they said through the link.
Now, Aaryn Flynn, GM for BioWare’s Edmonton & Montreal studios had this to say:
Great time playing the next Mass Effect game in Montreal. Ambitious. Beautiful. Fresh but recognizable. And fun! pic.twitter.com/xHlHFGtVKM
