Xbox One & Xbox 360 hit by Live status alert, Battlefield 4: China Rising affected

Microsoft has issued an Xbox Live alert across Xbox One and Xbox 360, concerning the newly-released Battlefield 4: China Rising DLC pack.

You'll find the alert over on the Xbox Live status page.

The attached warning reads, "Hi Xbox members, are you having difficulties trying to get the new China Rising map pack for Battlefield 4? We are currently working with our partner to get this issue resolved. Thanks for all your patience while we work. We'll update you when work is complete."

At the time of writing, the alert is still active.
