Atlus Black Friday sales kick off early, available online and in-store

Atlus, concerned about the potential hospitalisation of fans rushing to secure a holiday bargain, has announced its major sales will be available online as well as in-store, and have started today so you can get in early and spend your day off with your new purchases.

The sale runs from today through December 3, applies to almost all PS3 and Vita titles; full price list below.

The one exception to the dates above and the crown jewel of the sale is Shin Megami Tensei 4, which is on sale through the 3DS eShop for $30, $20 off its usual RRP, from November 28 through December 2. All its DLC is on sale too, at $2 or below.

  • Dragon’s Crown (PS3) – Normally $49.99, now $29.99 (DLC also discounted)
  • Dragon’s Crown (PS Vita) – Normally $39.99, now $29.99 (DLC also discounted)

  • Game of Thrones – Normally $19.99, now $4.99
  • God Mode – Normally $9.99, now $2.99
  • Persona 4 Arena – Normally $29.99, now $14.99 (DLC individually discounted)
  • Persona 4 Arena: Ultimate Edition – Normally $44.99, now $22.99 (the U.E. includes all DLC)

    Is SMT : Devil Summoner Overclocked (3DS) a different game to SMT4?

    @1 Yes. Devil Survivor (not Summoner) is an enhanced port of a DS title. It has a vague strategy RPG element to it. Never played it myself.

    Devil Survivor’s gameplay is pretty much what SMT would play like if it took elements from Fire Emblem.
