Eve Fanfest 2014 tickets on sale now, CCP dates & details the show

Eve Online developer CCP Games has dated and detailed Eve Fanfest 2014 in Reykjavik, Iceland.

The news follows my in-depth interview with CCP on Eve's 20th free expansion Rubicon. Check it out here.

In a press release sent to VG247, CCP confirmed that next year's show will take place between May 1-3 at the Harpa Conference Center in Reykjavik.

You can buy Eve Fanfest 2014 tickets at $175 / €115, but if you get in quick you can take advantage of early bird tickets at $150 / €110.00. Eve players can also buy tickets using their in-game PLEX.

The initial event schedule is as follows:

EVE Online, DUST 514 and EVE: Valkyrie presentations and reveals

  • Live tournaments
  • Player/developer roundtable discussions
  • Exclusive charity dinner with CEO, Hilmar Veigar Pétursson and other CCP staff
  • The infamous Developer Pub Crawl
  • The climactic “Party at the Top of the World”
  • Blue Lagoon Hangover Party
