Bully trademark filed by Take Two, logo registered

Rockstar publisher Take Two has filed a trademark for Bully Bullworth Academy: Canis Canem Edit in Europe last week.
The trademark was filed on November 20 and pertains to, "Computer and video game programs and software; downloadable computer and video game programs and software; downloadable digital materials."
Take Two's filing also concerned the following image:
The filing was spotted by JunkieMonkeys, which asks whether or not Rockstar is gearing up to bring the PS2 original to next-gen formats.
Could a sequel even be on the cards, or is Take-Two simply renewing Bully's school badge trademark?
