Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag PS4 update adds native 1080p support

Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag has been patched on PlayStation 4, unlocking the full power of your HD telly with native support for resolutions up to 1080p. According to the UbiBlog, the PS4 version shipped at 900p with upscaling. The patch also adds in a new kind of anti-aliasing; Ubisoft Montreal developed both these improvements after the game went gold. The PS4 launches in Europe and selected further territories on November 29. Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag is or will be available on PC, PS3, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
