Takedown: Red Sabre Xbox Live launch delayed

Takedown: Red Sabre's mysterious failure to materialise on Xbox Live when it launched on PC has finally been explained sort of.

In a Kickstarter update, creative director Christian Allen said the Xbox 360 launch was held back for fixes and improvements.

The console launch was first delayed because of issues encountered during certification, but having addressed Microsoft's complaints, developer Serellan elected to hold the game back to add in improvements made to the game since its PC launch.

Takedown: Red Sabre arrived on Steam in September and had been expected on Xbox Live at the same time. A new launch dates has not been set, but Serellan, 505 Games and microsoft are working on it.
