Game to go bankrupt end of 2014. The way that store prices it’s items it’s a crime!

Amazon is the place to be, 2 controllers, KZSF & camera for 430, done deal

@1 If you had pre-ordered the ‘Mega Pack’ (which I believe you are referring too) it’s available for £449.99. Admittedly not as cheap as Amazon, but hardly the pricing gulf you’re making it out to be.

    @2 Well, obviously yeah ;)

    Thanks for flagging.

What about those that may just have pre-ordered the PS4 console, with a mind to (for instance) buy a digital game from the SEN to play, at first?

Even if the title lineup instore wasn’t one note and pedestrian, it still wouldn’t dispel my belief that the disjointed amalgamation of GAME and Gamestation has left the worse aspects. GAME’s so bad a store to visit.

I had mine pre ordered at game but they couldn’t guarantee me the mega pack, so I went over the road to Grainger and they were more than happy to oblige. Game have been ripping people off for years… It’s a shame people will lose their jobs because of the executives incompetence… I would’ve gone with amazon but I want to grab it at midnight, not sure I could bare sitting in waiting for it to arrive!

“LEGO Marvel Super Heroes… for half price” – Awesome, had this pre-ordered anyway!

That, mixed with the £10 off offer, probably means I’ll try Knack out too…or may NBA 2K14 (dat trailer) or NFS: Rivals (dat racing).

    Not bad GAME…not bad…

It’s not really leaked though. If you have a phase 1 pre-order you should have been contacted about these bundles anyway. The only leak really is to the people who haven’t pre-ordered from GAME.

@11 The GAME website have their own new round of bundles here.

@12 These bundles are significantly different to those offered to Phase Once customers. No Blu Rays offered to the Phase Oners, and there was the KZ/Camera/2 Controller bundles made available to them too.

@14 The blu-ray and half price offers have only recently become available, so managers should be contacting customers anytime now. The store I work in just had a PS4 lock-in and we went through these bundles with our customers, and will be contacting the rest this week. What is here is only half of what is available though.

Calm down everyone, so far only one of the big three, Microsoft, has been colleborating with the NSA in the “PRISM”-initiative. Considering that Sony is a Japanese company
I’m sure Edward Snowden would’ve given us proof by now that Sony is involved. He’s already named some of the biggest American companies.

I’ve just come back from a 1-2-1 with my local Game store manager, I had previously pre ordered the mega bundle but they had new offers which included the mega bundle plus an extra game such as BF4, FIF 14, Knack and some others all for £469.99. They were supposed to be £489.99 but they are reducing the bundles at this price and above by £20.
Doesn’t effect my day one purchase and for that price I’m quite happy. So might be worth anyone who has a bundle pre order at game to make an appointment for a 1-2-1 to see if there’s anything there to interest you.

There is an insane Xbox One “Goliath Bundle” available at zavvi.com. It’s priced at “only” £949.99 !!! I’ve looked for online discounts but all I could find is 5% OFF code ZV16127166 (to be applied when opening a new account) which brings the price down to £902. Still too much for my taste, but if someone wants to play only games this holidays at least it’s advertised as in-stock and pre Christmas delivery.

    Bundle Includes:

    Xbox One Premium
    FIFA 14 Download Code
    Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag
    Just Dance 2014
    Fighter Within
    Madden NFL 25
    Xbox One Wireless Controller (Black)
    Need for Speed: Rivals
    Forza Motorsport 5
Xbox One Play and Charge Kit
    Battlefield 4
    Dead Rising 3
Xbox Live 12 Month Gold Membership + 1 Month Free
