Sega teasing something about ‘guts’ in time for Halloween

Monday, 28th October 2013 11:00 GMT By Dave Cook

Sega has posted a teaser image that suggests some form of Halloween-related tease. Check it out here.

Hmmmmmm. The smart money says it’s something to do with an existing Sega horror franchise like House of the Dead or something else, but the fan boy in me still wants to believe it’s a new Streets of Rage.

Hey, I’m allowed to dream, right?

We’ll update once the reveal drops.

What do you think this is?

@2,3,4 – I was literally just coming in to this Thread to post about my hopes that this was ‘Zombies Ate My Neighbours’-related :D God I loved that game!

@5 Naw, it was through Lucasarts; can’t actually remember if I played it on SNES or Megadrive…I believe it was the latter.

If I had a free £100 bet on this, I’d put it on a new/recycled Typing of the Dead. It fits the franchise and also the nature of the graphic.

I have an SNES cart of Zombies ate my Neighbors so it’s definitely not a Sega IP. That was a Konami game, even had that awesome Konami fanfare at the beginning.

This is 100% Typing of the Dead.

    Guts will be S P E L L E D

@14 Given Sega’s track record in the west its best to keep expectations as low as possible when they announce something.
