Enslaved: Odyssey to the West - Premium Edition gets Steam, PSN launch trailer

Enslaved: Odyssey to the West - Premium Edition is now available for download from Steam or the PlayStation Network; take a look at the trailer through the break to see what's new in the re-release, or perhaps refresh yourself on this under-appreciated Ninja Theory title.

The Premium Edition includes the original game and the Pigsy’s Perfect 10 DLC, as well as three character enhancement skins - Ninja Monkey, Classic Monkey and Sexy Trip.

The Steam version, which marks the game's PC debut, has also been enhanced with Big Picture Mode, Steam Achievements and Cloud Saves.

Based on Journey to the West, Enslaved is a buddy cop-style action adventure set in a post-apocalyptic - but unusually brightly-coloured - future US. Players take control of Monkey and work with captor Trip to navigate the ruined environments, slowly building up to an arsenal of special moves which can be combined tactically both in and out of combat.

Enslaved utilised Ninja Theory's habitual motion capture, and Monkey was played by Andy Serkis, widely acknowledged as a master of the art; he played Gollum, for example.
