GTA 5: rapper Daz Dillinger sends Rockstar cease & desist notice over song use

Grand Theft Auto 5 features two songs by rapper Daz Dillinger, and he's not happy about it. He has sent Rockstar a cease and desist letter demanding that all copies of the title be recalled.

The abhorrent TMZ reports - with the oddly muted headline "GRAND THEFT AUTO V STOLE MY BEATS
Now RECALL the Game!!" - that the artist is unhappy with his songs "C-Walk" and "Nothin' But the Cavi Hit" being used in the game.

He has sent publisher Take-Two Interactive Software and Rockstar Games a cease and desist notice through his attorney, despite reportedly turning down an offensively low offer of $4,271.00 for both songs."

Daz Dillinger now wants either more money or for Rockstar to recall and destroy every copy of the game. His lawyers have given Rockstar 14 days to offer him a new deal.

Does he deserve a new deal? Let us know below.
