The Mark of Kri releasing on PS3 through the PlayStation Store next week

Friday, 20th September 2013 20:27 GMT By Stephany Nunneley

The Mark of Kri will be available on PS3 via the PlayStation Store next Tuesday, Sony has announced on the PS Blog. To get you even more excited than the headline already did, the game’s executive producer, Jonathan Beard, has posted a “making of” article on the site, discussing stories and insights from its development. There’s also quite a bit of unseen concept art through the link as well. A price was not announced for the title, but we’ll know soon enough how much it will set us back.

Damn, I LOVED this game. It was, to me, one of the best game ever released on the PS2.
The story and artworks/cinematics were absolutely astonishing and gameplay was brilliant both in stealth segments and combat with multiple opponents.

It really felt like Conan the Barbarian with Disney visuals (had a Kuzco/Lilo & Stitch feel… with goriness on top). I didn’t even know there was a sequel to this game (Rise of the Kasai).

I’d love to see the sequel come as well on PSN. It’d be even better to see a HD remake or a new episode/spiritual successor on PS3 or PS4.
