Thursday, 19th September 2013 05:11 GMT By Brenna Hillier

Valve has passed 25 more games through its Steam Greenlight community-driven games approval system.

The standout entries are probably Grimm, an episodic adventure from Alice: madness returns developer Spicy Horse, and Humans Must Answer, which is a new game from a group of the developers behind S.T.A.L.K.E.R. There seems to be quite a hefty slice of free-to-play and madness this time, among the usual shooters and sims.

The full list of newly-approved games are as follows:

  • Bugbear Entertainment’s Next Car Game
  • Camtasia
  • Candle
  • Dusty Revenge
  • DwarfCorp
  • Eden Star: Pre-alpha
  • Gimbal
  • Grimm
  • Higurashi When They Cry
  • Humans Must Answer
  • Lacuna Passage
  • Long Live The Queen
  • Monochroma
  • Mount Your Friends
  • Postmortem: one must die
  • SeaCraft
  • Superhot
  • Syder Arcade
  • theHunter
  • U55 – End of the Line

There’s a couple of nifty little games, this time. Long Live the Queen might be worth looking into if you like that sort of thing — and if you don’t know whether you do or not, just check out the demo and Princess Maker 2 (which is readily available).

Princess Maker 2 surprised me, though, being a Japanese game. You can raise your daughter to be very strong and independent, which really goes against the grain for Japan.
