Mortal Kombat: Legacy Season 2 to be released September 26

Friday, 13th September 2013 18:15 GMT By Stephany Nunneley

Mortal Kombat: Legacy Season 2 starts September 26, it’s been announced. The entire season will arrive at once, and introduces Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Kenshi and Ermac to the live-action series. Shang Tsung will be played by Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa this season – he’s the same actor who played the character in the 1995 Mortal Kombat movie. A video is below. Thanks, Shack.

Daniel Southworfh as Kenshi is pretty awesome.

He was the voice of Vergil in Devil May Cry 3. He’s also an accomplished martial artist.

This movie will sadly suck compared to the original one , it will be just like the awful Tekken / Street fighter movie

It’s the second season of a series. Little research.

I wouldn’t mind a Mortal Kombat game with a more raw feeling to it like this series, it is really something great.

Of course such game should be separate from the main line, I can’t wait to see what happens in MK10.

I have mixed feelings about this. On one hand, the Kenshi parts seem kinda faithful and awesome. On the other, WTF is going on with Liu Kang?

He is evil because his girlfriend was killed during a stickup?
