Halo 4 designer Scott Warner has joined Dead Space studio Visceral Games as design director.

The news came out of Warner’s Twitter feed yesterday: adds that Warner previously worked at 343 Industries for over four years after a seven year stint at Pandemic Studios, where he worked on such titles as Mercenaries 2: World in Flames and Full Spectrum Warrior.

Could he be working on a new Dead Space game, or something in the Star Wars franchise? Discuss below.

I think it could be for the new IP Visceral Games are known to be in the middle of development right now or for the next SW game on which they began pre-production (they even hired some pivotal Lucas Arts developer on the now defunct SW 1313 game). The new Dead Space game is definitely not coming in the next 2/3 years as they’re fully booked for these two next titles.
