Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse gets first trailer

By Brenna Hillier, Friday, 6 September 2013 06:30 GMT

Here’s the first trailer for Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse, the latest portable entry in WayForward’s flagship IP. This one grants our eponymous genie pirate-themed powers, and has her exploring a large, inter-connected world map.

There’s no release date for Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse yet.

The Ducktales Remastered developer is currently working on two Shantae games; in addition to the 3DS effort shown here, it has a Kickstarter on the go for current and next-gen platforms.
