Space Hulk: Deathwing is an Unreal Engine 4 FPS in the works at Streum On Studio – report

Saturday, 24th August 2013 19:54 GMT By Stephany Nunneley

It appears E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy creators Streum On Studio are developing Space Hulk: Deathwing, according to a leaked brochure posted on NeoGAF.

The game is being developed using Unreal Engine 4, is a first-person shooter, and is described as giving players the chance to experience a “desperate battle against the Genestealers in the claustrophobic tunnels of Space Hulk.”

Players will don the armor of Space Marines from one of the “most feared” companies of all: the Deathwing from the Dark Angels. As a Librarian, players will also master the “destructive powers of the Psykers.”

It’s listed as being co-produced by Cyanide Studios and is to be published by Focus Home Interactive in 2014.

We’ll send a mail. Meanwhile, keep an eye on this webpage which we’re going to assume will go live sooner rather than later.

It’s great that they are commissioning more games but 40k is a triple A caliber IP, it deserves a Titanfall scale treatment

We don’t really have any idea how this is going to turn out yet, so don’t complain about it’s treatment haha :P

Also I don’t actually think 40k is always going to be AAA, some will be(like space marine) but they have made there fair share or more nice stuff.
