Ultra Street Fighter 4 PC ditches GFWL for Steam, will launch 'around the same time' as consoles, says Capcom

Ultra Street Fighter 4 developer Capcom is hoping to launch the PC build of the expanded brawler around the same time as its PS3 and Xbox 360 brethren. The company is also ditching Games For Windows Live functionality for Steam in the release.

As spotted by GAF, Capcom's Neidel "Haunts" Crisan confirmed the dropping of GFWL:

He then suggested Capcom is targeting a simultaneous launch:
