Battlefield 4 profiles and DLC will also transfer cross-gen

Shortly after we learned at the Call of Duty Ghosts Multiplayer reveal that profiles and DLC for that game will transfer if you buy a current-gen copy and then and upgrade to next-gen, DICE announced that they will enact an identical policy with Battlefield 4. All profile stats and Premium subscriptions can be moved from PS3 to PS4 or 360 to Xbox One. But there is a caveat.


These transfers are one-way, so you can't hop back and forth at your whimsy. Once these things are moved to the next-gen, they will stay there. But, you know, once you go 64 players, you don't go back.
