Watch Dogs gameplay trailer focuses on hacking options

Watch Dogs developer Ubisoft Montreal has released a new gameplay trailer showcasing the many hacking options open to master hacker Aidan Pearce.

Using Chicago’s CTOS network Pearce can intercept texts and phone calls, hack computers, rob bank accounts and more, which increases his hacking skills as he goes. Pearce can also receive crime alerts that trigger side missions. It’s up to you if you want to chase criminals or let the escape.

It seems there’s a lot of options open to players. We’ll know more as this new gameplay trailer series continues.

Watch Dogs hits PC, PS3, Wii U and Xbox 360 in North America on November 19, and across Europe on November 22. It’ll also hit PS4 and Xbox One in due course.

That was pretty sweet,I just hope that hacking actually requires certain skill instead of just “press A for awesome”.

It’s not very realistic – they didn’t even have Luigi on the L Train!

The Aisha Tyler trailer comes to my mind. That’s what we’ll get in the current-gen, only on PC and the new consoles it will look like this trailer.

@6 they prolly will already market the hell out of this game so your calculations are probs wrong :p

    @ 6 and @ 10

I agree that marketing the game will be costly but I suspect at least a number of sells that @ 6 provided if not more.
Marketing + cost of production and the total decreases rapidly. Although it sounds like this title is going to do great in sales.

@11 as of last month anyway, I remember the top 4 pre-orders were
    1: COD
    2: Watchdogs
    3: GTA
    4: Battlefield 4

So based on that you are looking pretty correct. Just on pre-orders alone this is likely already a success.
