Super Smash Bros. will feature Luigi as a playable character

Nintendo announced during its Nintendo Direct session today that Luigi will be a playable character Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS. His inclusion is part of the firm's “The Year of Luigi” celebration. Super Smash Bros. will release on both systems in 2014. We should have some screenshost for you of him in action in a bit.
