Paradox Interactive has confirmed that Europa Universalis 4 pre-order bonuses, including the very cool Crusader Kings 2 save import tool, will be offered as premium content for those who come in late.

As detailed in a forum post, all pre-order bonus DLC will be available for purchase on launch day.

Here’s exactly what you’ll get in the pre-order and special edition bonuses, and how much they’ll cost if you decide to wait:

  • Europa Universalis 4: Digital Extreme Upgrade – $8
    - Stars and Crescent Pack
    - Horsemen of the Crescent Unit Pack
    - Conquest of Constantinople Music Pack
  • Europa Univesalis 4: Pre-order DLC Pack – $7
    - 100 Years War Unit Pack
    - The Purple Phoenix Expansion
  • Europa Universalis 4: Call to Arms Pack – $4
    - Winged Hussars Pack
    - National Monuments Pack
  • Crusader Kings 2: Europa Universalis 4 converter – $10

While we’re talking about the grand strategy title, Paradox will offer it for sale through Uplay in addition to other vendors. Picking up the $45 Digital Extreme Edition through Ubisoft’s digital distribution channel will score you a bonus copy of Splinter Cell: Double Agent.

Europa Universalis 4 arrives on PC on August 13.
