US PS Store update, August 6 - Tales of Xillia, Dragon's Crown, ibb & obb

The North American PlayStation Store has updated, offering quite a diverse collection of new games with nary a shooter in sight.

The update offers three pre-orders this week - NHL 14, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, and The Bureau: XCOM Declassified.

As for actual releases, Tales of Xillia and Dragon's Crown have arrived; the latter is also available on Vita.

On the PSN, there's ibb & obb - a demo is available - and cross-play title Superfrog HD.

There's one new PS2 Classic called The Red Star, which I know absolutely nothing about apart from this rad description: "play as three legendary warriors using melee combat and classic shooting techniques in an alternate Russia".

On PS Plus, Hitman: Absolution is free, and there are discounts on Superfrog HD, Rayman origins and its DLC, Escape Vektor, and Wicked Monsters Blast.

There's one new Vita demo, too - Doodle God.

In the magical land of DLC, you'll find Dragon's Crown, Dynasty Warriors 8, Pool Nation, Tales of Xillia, and Soul Sacrifice content.
