RuneScape 3 launches -MMORPG now available in HMTL5

RuneScape 3, the HTML5 version of the once Java-based MMORPG, is live.

The newly relaunched free-to-play affair is still available in browsers but with all-new 3D graphics.

To kick off this new era, Jagex is hosting an event called the Battle of Lumbridge. Player actions during the conflict will shape the future of the game.

RuneScape 3 is available in five languages and is played in 190 countries.

Jagex has big plans for RuneScape now that it's even more portable, with a tablet and even a smartTV version on the cards. Dave had a chat with the developer not long ago.
