Games Workshop's Chainsaw Warrior coming to PC and mobile

Game Workshop's classic solo board game, Chainsaw Warrior, is coming to PC and mobile this year.

The 1987 board game saw the player take command of the Chainsaw Warrior, a cybernetically modified ex-special-forces soldier in a battle for New York.

The blurb's quite interesting, so read on.

"A rare and strange phenomena known as 'spatial warping' has resulted in a dimensional breach from our world into a nightmare space beyond, through which have poured legions of zombies and mutants," explained developer Auroch Digital.

"This particular spatial warp is believed to be controlled by a singular power, known as Darkness. Experts believe that the creatures may be defending the dimensional breach whilst Darkness completes its plans to pull the city though into the beyond."

Tomas Rawlings, lead designer on Call of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land, is on board.

Chainsaw Warrior is coming to mobile this summer, followed shortly by PC.
