Ranko Tsukigime’s Longest Day gets first trailer

The first trailer for Ranko Tsukigime’s Longest Day is precisely what you'd expect from Tokyo Jungle developer Crispy's working with Grasshopper Manufacture boss Goichi Suda on a project inspired by Katsuhiro Otomo’s 1979 manga Short Peace: delightful, baffling.

As you'll see below, our schoolgirl assassins protagonist dispatches her myriad foes in spectacular ways, with colours and shapes bouncing every which way. It's been hinted that this is the basis of some sort of unique combat system but we'll have to wait for further reports to figure out what that means, exactly. No release plans have been touted, so date, platform and localisation are still up in the air.
