Tales of Xillia 2 will come to the West in 2014

While we were waiting years for Tales of Xillia to be Westernized (technically, we’re still waiting, because that game hits in August), Namco made a sequel. But they aren’t waiting to see how the first one does in our markets before making plans for localization of the sequel; Namco Bandai announced today via Facebook that Tales of Xillia 2 will be released in the West in 2014. Thanks, Kotaku

Good news. Feeling safer buying first Tales of Xillia now. Now, can we ask why Tales of Vesperia is only in Japanese on PS3?
Granted, it’s a budget title now and it’s great for those who speak Japanese, but kinda sucks for those who don’t.

They said once its because Vesperia already has a English release on the 360. Hence why we got Graces f instead of Vesperia back then.
Of course their could be issues with exclusivity deals with MS as well because common sense would say Vesperia PS3 would be a no brainer since they already have a large part translated and voiced.

Still im psyched for this one. August cant come fast enough.

Is there a separate volume control for music, SFX & voices in these games?

@4 if I remember correctly yes. I think there is also an option to disable voices in battle altogether
