GAME ad promotes SNES emulator for Ouya - report

UK retailer GAME apparently made a bit of an error while promoting Android-based micro-console Ouya, highlighting a SNES emulator as one of the system's free software offerings. While emulators are not illegal, the ROMS you play with them are in a very grey legal area and promoting their use is not something you'd want to do if you had a business arrangement with, say, Nintendo, for example. There's no trace of the reference on the site now, but Kotaku has a screenshot. Whoops. Ouya is selling well.
