European retailers list PS4 for unconfirmed November 13 release

European retailers Media Markt and Bol.com have PS4 down for a November 13 release. The information was posted on forums, apparently. As OPM notes, though, the date has not been announced by Sony so take it as a placeholder for now. If Media Markt had it down for November 13, it changed the placeholder date as it now lists it for December 31 - at least on the Austrian end. Screencaps are below.
