Watch Dogs Live app turns your phone into a weapon

Watch Dogs developer Ubisoft Montreal has released a trailer for the game's 'Live' app, which they say will let players turn their phone into a weapon. They mean in the game people, let's not start bashing each other's skulls in with our iPhones and Galaxys please.
The Canada-exclusive app will cross over into the game and gives players the chance to win weekly prizes such as a car. You can download the app for iOS and Android phones now. (Yes, I'm aware there's no Android link, the page is borked at the moment for me. I literally can't access it.)
