Developers teasing new games in current games is nothing new, and something Naughty Dog did with The Last of Us in Uncharted 3. It's possible the developer is doing it again with Savage Starlight, a comic/movie poster which shows up in The Last of Us. Then again, it could just be that - a comic and a movie implemented into a game which takes place in a world where movies and comics were once, well things. You decide. It could be nothing.
