Jellyvision Games is no more; the You Don’t Know Jack developer has rechristened itself Jackbox Games. The mid-sized indie company said the change is the final move in its evolution from an old school PC and console developer to a publisher on Roku, Ouya, social and mobile platforms. Last year’s Facebook version of You Don’t Know Jack was the company’s first social effort, won Spike TV’s social game of the year, and drew 3.5 million installs across social and mobile. It has other irons in the fire including new IP Lie Swatter and licensed titles.
