The American Regionals are full of Koreans. Slightly nonsensical for a ‘regional’.

So, they have people from out of the country competing in the US regionals? Why aren’t they in the Korean regionals I wonder. They just ended a couple days ago I think.

^ I assume they take part in all of them.

#2 Because Korean regionals are by far the hardest competition (they completly dominate starcraft 2).

Some of them take the easy way out and play in the european/american regionals.

Those are open to anybody, so that players from Canada/Australia/South America/Asia/Afrika etc can play there if they want to.

But everyone is fine with that, Koreans are by far the best in the world and the more of them we got in the finals, the better the tournament will be.
