Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic out now on iPad

Thursday, 30th May 2013 11:48 GMT By Dave Cook

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is out on iPad now, after BioWare’s iconic RPG was reviewed by IGN almost out of the blue yesterday.

The review scored KOTOR 8.8/10 and said, “The iPad is a great place to enjoy Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, either for the first time or all over again.”

We didn’t even know this one was coming, but lo and behold it can be yours now.

It’s out now for iPad 2 or newer, and will run you $9.99 / £6.99. Hit the KOTOR page on iTunes to download it.

Thanks Eurogamer.

Don’t have an iPad but I am planning to buy an android tablet in the coming months and I would definitely buy KOTOR on it.

Any words on an android version?

Wouldn’t get your hopes up fellas. The developer,Aspyr, specializes in Mac and all things Mac. They have no history of Android development.

I played KOTOR to death, even on the 360. Being able to play it on the iPad will give me a good flashback!
