DeNA bringing G.I. JOE: Battleground and D&D: Arena of War heading to mobile

DeNA has announced partnerships with Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast to create free-to-play mobile games G.I. JOE: Battleground and Dungeons & Dragons: Arena of War.

In Battleground, the Joes and COBRA battle against each other, and in Arena of War players delve into the Forgotten Realms setting for a battle-RPG that combines questing, character leveling, and small team collaboration.

The D&D game also includes in-game events and massive multiplayer competitions.

Both mobile games are being developed and published by DeNA and they will be available on the company’s Mobage social games platform later this year for Android, iPhone and iPad devices.

To pre-register for G.I. JOE: Battleground and receive a free exclusive in-game Storm Shadow collectible character to join your team, enter your email address on the game’s website here.

You can also upgrade your D&D character with a free Ultra Rare Power when you pre-register for Arena of War.
