Square Enix to broadcast E3 announcements, happenings on show floor live during the event

Square Enix has announced it will broadcast its E3 presentations live. Dubbed “Square Enix Presents,” the firm will reveal more details on the program’s schedule, games and personalities who will be featured in the coming weeks leading up to E3 in June. The firm says the presentation will “offer a diverse and user-friendly range of programming aimed at sharing unique perspectives with Square Enix’s global audience.” Viewers can expect coverage of all key titles in Square Enix’s 2013 lineup, and the event can be watched through here on YouTube throughout E3′s duration June 11-13.

    @1: As I said in the other thread, probably FFX-3, FF13-4, 4th Birthday, FFXV directed and written by Toriyama, and a sequel to the Tomb Raider reboot. With any “luck,” we’ll also see a new Chrono game that like everything else Squeenix releases that’s heavily promoted, misses the whole point of the franchise and its characters. Since, you know, it’s pretty blatant that’s the next franchise Toriyama wants to ruin with how he forced time travel elements into both 3rd Birthday and FF13-2.

    I can only hope they’re going to return to doing big-budget JRPG’s but I’m sure it’ll just be more Eidos stuff.

    Although I do expect the FFXV PS4 announcement.

    @7 – No Kingdom Hearts 3 until the PS3 gets 2.5 and 3D. Nomura has specifically said he wants all of the games in one place before KH3 comes out.
