LucasFilm domain registrations spark game title speculation

Disney-owned LucasFilm has suddenly made a pile of new domain registrations which see to have a Star Wars theme. Although it’s quite possible they’re related to upcoming movies, TV shows and other media, the timing – so close on the heels of a deal with EA – is pretty suspicious. File this under “interesting, if uninformative” and visit Fusible to pick through the new domains.

The only one that really peaks my interest as something that could be a decent game was Order 67.. the others just seem uninspired if they are video games.. and then wookie hunters? That sounds like a horrible game/cash grab if ive ever heard one.

I thought those Wolf Pack ones sounded interesting. Initially, I thought the name could be of a Rogue Squadron-y direction, but then, what would an adventures extension bring to that?

Gungan Frontier, sounds like it would have to be sub-aquatic, if Ep 1 has precedence, there. Rebels sounds like a IV-VI inspired potential snoozefest. Disney’s deal with EA has the former doing non-core SW titles, so, if they are games, that’s what they’ll probably be, using the acquired brand…GF could be an animated feature, maybe?

    any more wild speculation? :)
