The Night of the Rabbit pulls first trailer out of hat

The Night of the Rabbit is the latest adventure from the German adventure whizzkids at Daedalic, posing the question: what if magic were real?

Just take a look at that gorgeous, hand-drawn art. The Night of the Rabbit has players guiding Jerry Hazelnut to become a real magician and "uncover the sinister mysteries of Mousewood". By pointing and clicking, presumably.

The Night of the Rabbit is due on May 29, on Mac and PC; check out the first trailer and screens below.

Daedalic is unfortunately best known for a scandal involving some dodgy dealings at publisher Lace Mamba, but it has quite the back catalogue. It has a string of awards to its name thanks to Deponia, Edna & Harvey: The Breakout , The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav and The Whispered World, As well as TheNight of the Rabbit, it's working on Memoria and Blackguards.
